About RestHaven

Using the website

Use the store lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting support. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, access another person's account, introduce harmful code, or use someone else's payment details without permission. You are responsible for keeping any account login details private.

Product information and suitability

We aim to describe RestHaven products clearly. Check the product page for the current size, color, pack contents, price, and fitting information before you order. Image appearance can vary with your screen and lighting. Lifestyle images illustrate the brand and intended setting; they are not evidence of a customer's result.

A RestHaven chin strap is a chin support accessory. It is not a treatment for sleep apnea and does not replace prescribed care. Follow the supplied fitting and care instructions. Keep your nose and mouth unobstructed and remove the strap if it causes discomfort or difficulty breathing. Ask a qualified healthcare professional about suitability if you use CPAP, have a breathing condition, or are unsure whether chin support is appropriate for you.

Prices, packs, and payment

The product page and checkout show the current price and currency. Check whether you are choosing a single strap or a multiple strap pack, and review the number of packs in your cart. Any taxes, shipping charges, and applicable discounts are shown before payment. Available payment methods appear in checkout.

A change to a displayed price applies to future orders. If we identify an error affecting an order, we will contact you to explain it and seek your agreement to any change, or arrange cancellation and a refund. We will not silently charge a different amount.

Orders and delivery

Order and shipping updates are sent to the contact details you provide. Our stated timeline is 1 day processing followed by 4 day delivery after dispatch, so allow approximately 5 days in total. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Review the shipping page and any destination specific information at checkout. If we cannot dispatch within the stated time, we will contact you with the available update and options to wait or cancel for a refund.

If you need to correct an address or request cancellation, email support as soon as possible. We will check whether the order can still be changed before dispatch. A request cannot always stop an order that has already entered fulfillment or been handed to the carrier.

30 night trial and free returns

You can request a free return within 30 days of delivery under our 30 night trial. Email support with your order details. After verification, we send a prepaid return label or carrier barcode and instructions. We check the returned items when received and issue the refund to the original payment method. See the returns page for the full process. Applicable rights for faulty or incorrect goods remain available.

Reviews and content you share

If you submit a review, describe your own experience honestly. Only send photos or other material that you have the right to share. We will request permission before publishing customer photos or using a review in promotional content. We do not require a positive review to receive support or use the returns process.

Privacy and third party services

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Shopify, payment providers, and delivery services may process information needed to operate the store and fulfill orders. External websites have their own policies and terms.

Website content and availability

RestHaven branding, product descriptions, and website content are provided for shopping and personal reference. Do not present our content as your own or misuse our branding. We may update website content and features, and occasional interruptions may occur. If a website problem affects your order, contact support so we can help.

Your consumer rights and changes to these terms

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If one provision cannot be applied, the remaining provisions continue to apply where permitted. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Changes do not remove rights that already apply to an existing purchase.
