Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders. There are no additional delivery charges at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Once processed, orders are delivered within 4 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is approximately 5 business days.

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather and public holidays can extend delivery.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once your order ships. You can follow your order at any time using the Track Your Order link on our website. If you have not received tracking details within 2 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Delivery addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout, including any apartment or unit number. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

If your order is delayed

If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated processing time, we will contact you with an update and your options to wait or cancel for a refund. If a parcel appears delayed with the carrier, email us with your order number and we will investigate.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

Contact support with your order number and any helpful photos or tracking details. Please do not send full payment card numbers by email.
